Items purchased online can be exchanged for a different size or color only if the original item was incorrectly shipped or found faulty (e.g., wrong size, silhouette, or color). The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, and a replacement order will be processed free of charge. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, a coupon code (valid for 2 months, redeemable online) will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For SALE items, only size exchanges are allowed (if available). Otherwise, the item cannot be exchanged.
